Chapter of the Year Contest (COTY)

The PayrollOrg Chapter of the Year Contest (COTY) provides chapters with an opportunity to be recognized for their tremendous support of PayrollOrg's membership.

Participating in this prestigious contest gives chapters the opportunity to share their developments, accomplishments, innovations, and activities throughout the year. It also allows the chapter to conduct a self-evaluation of its procedures and accomplishments and to set goals for the upcoming year.

From the COTY contest entries, four Gavel Awards also are presented. The Gavel Awards recognize specific achievements, activities, or aspects of a chapter's COTY entry in four separate categories:

• Innovator
• Mentor
• Facilitator
• Communicator
  

Chapter Pictorial Contest

The Chapter Pictorial contest allows chapters to be creative and display their successes through the use of pictures.

Best Chapter Website Contest

The Best Chapter Website contest recognizes local chapters for their efforts to be innovative and informative while serving their members by using their chapter's website as an educational tool.

Best Statewide or Regional Meeting Contest

The Best Statewide or Regional Meeting Contest awards chapters for executing well-planned and cohesive Statewide or Regional meetings.
