OCSE Changes Name to OCSS

On June 5, the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) announced it has changed its name to the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) [88 F.R. 36587, 6-5-23].

OCSS has updated many of its forms and webpages to reflect the name change. OCSS remains a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families.
