PAYO is currently experiencing a cybersecurity incident. As a precautionary measure upon learning of a possible intrusion, we took all internal systems offline to halt the attack. This shutdown was necessary to contain the situation. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and restore access as soon as possible.
We promptly retained outside cybersecurity experts to conduct a comprehensive investigation to fully understand how the intrusion occurred, assess the scope, and evaluate its impact. We have also reported this incident to federal law enforcement.

PAYO first detected signs of a potential intrusion late on the night of October 7th. Shortly after identifying the issue, we took immediate action by bringing all servers offline to contain the situation.
Many PAYO services are currently offline, particularly those that require member, subscriber, and customer authentication or involve e-commerce transactions. We are working diligently to bring these systems back online. PAYO has alternate means to continue providing educational services and products.
